A private dashboard that makes a home solar system easy to understand, from any phone or screen. Built for my own home and not released to the public.

A private, no-account way to move files, folders and messages between your PCs and phones over your own network. Windows app first, with an Android version in development. Not released to the public yet.

Home Network: OpenWrt Router with Encrypted DNS
Replaced pfSense with a Linksys MR7350 (Wi-Fi 6) running OpenWrt, with the stock firmware kept in the second slot as a fallback, and a TP-Link EAP225 access point for extra coverage. DNS-over-HTTPS: every device asks the router for DNS, and the router sends each lookup encrypted over HTTPS through a local NextDNS client, so the ISP cannot see or change it (tested: protocol DOH). Ad blocking: NextDNS checks each lookup against ad, tracker and malware blocklists and blocks matches, which covers phones, TVs and cameras with no app on each device. Also an isolated guest Wi-Fi, WPA3, a hardened firewall, CCTV/NVR on the LAN, and Tailscale for remote access because the ISP uses CGNAT.
GNSS Infrastructure Project
High-precision GNSS setup with a Unicore UM980 receiver, connected over LMR-400 coax cable to a roof-mounted Jinyushi EM-500 GNSS RTK antenna. RTK correction gives centimeter-level accuracy, with ongoing signal monitoring.
Local AI Workstation & Inference
Dedicated workstation for local LLM inference via LM Studio — hardware, VRAM, storage, and thermal tuning for private, cloud-free model deployment.
Self-Hosted Media Server
Jellyfin media server with secure remote access, per-user permissions, multi-drive storage, and regular maintenance.
